Cognitive & Behavorial Therapy

At our clinic, psychotherapy is primarily provided by our clinical psychologist, Dr. Phil Brown. Our approach is rooted in the cognitive-behavioral model, which combines Cognitive Therapy and Behavioral Therapy to help patients address their challenges effectively.

Cognitive Therapy focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to mood disorders and unwanted behaviors. Behavioral Therapy, on the other hand, targets a person’s actions, working to replace unhealthy behavior patterns with healthier ones. By integrating these approaches, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) provides both insight and a practical plan of action to help patients manage their thoughts and behaviors.
